Enter the mission 'The Siege Cleric'
Step Two
Set up Dall and any other wizard of your choice in these positions
Step Three
Use Transference with the wizard of your choice as the victim and the siege cleric as the protector
Step Four
Charge Dall into the wizard of your choice
Enjoy your new achievement

I chose to get this on a second playthrough rather than through replaying missions so only one of each wizard would be needed

Currently you can also get it by selecting the mission from the mission menu. It will trigger after finishing the level main objective without resurrection of Rion. Funny thing is, you'll have to KO him is rez again to finish the level without leaving (e.g. completing bonus objectives)
