Seeker (Unlock Character)
Purchase the downloadable content "Seekers of the Storm"

Seeker (Unlock Abilities)
Secondary Skill
The first unlockable ability replaces Seeker's secondary move, the magic fister
In order to unlock it, you'll have to hit three airborne enemies with the third shot of your primary fire

This unlockable is quite easy since your third shot is an AoE

An easy way to do this is using the "Artifact of Kin" and "Artifact of Swarms"

Why those artifacts?

-Artifact of Kin: Having only one type of enemy will be very useful if you manage to get lucky and have a map full of wisps like here:

-Artifact of Swarms: Double the wisps, double the rapidity to get three wisps close to each other

To do this, shoot your first 2 shots at nothing, then aim your third shot at a group of wisps, easy!

Utility Skill
The second unlockable ability replaces Seeker's utility move, the flame of disaster
In order to unlock it, you'll have to deal 500% damage with your utility move, "Sojourn"

This one is also pretty easy, you have to stay in your utility move for a long period of time because the longer you spend in it, the more damage you'll deal when you get out of it

You just have to activate the "Artifact of Command"

The build:

-Repulsion Armor Plate: At least 3, it'll reduce the damage you take in your utility move
-Crowbar: 10 should do it, bonus damage against full health enemies, so pick an enemy that you haven't damaged for this achievement
-Focus Crystal: 10 should do it as well, more damage against targets surrounding you, perfect for your utility move
-Lens-Maker's Glasses: As usual for this item, get 10 to get 100% critical chance
-Laser Scope: 1 will suffice, it's to boost the damage of your guaranteed critical hits

After you get your items, pick a full health target, go inside Sojourn and wait for the whole duration of the ability, once that time has passed, re-activate your utility move to detonate it and you should receive your new skill

Special Skill
The third unlockable ability replaces Seeker's special move, the misinput
In order to unlock it, you'll have to successfully meditate 20 times in a row without missing an input

This is pretty self explanatory, just use your special skill whenever it's off cooldown and don't miss an input for 20 usages

You can stack Bandoliers to get your cooldowns faster, since you do AoE damage once you successfully do your meditation, you can pick up the ammunition to reset its cooldown

Alternatively, you can go inside the Simulacrum (yes, it exists!) to safely do these meditations without being in a fight, just go inside and don't activate the teleporter event

Chef (Unlock Character)
Unlocking Chef is quite simple, first, activate the "Artifact of Command" before starting your game, you'll need it later
Then, you'll have to grab yourself a green portal available from either a teleporter or the newly added altars and go to the area called "Reformed Altar"

Once there, you'll have to go to this specific cavern in the map:

Once in, you'll find yourself with a deactivated Chef and 3 item pedestals

If you haven't guessed, you'll have to put 3 specific items on these pedestals, these items being the "Cautious Slug", the "Bison Steak" and the "Infusion", this is where the Shrine of Command comes in handy so you can get the items without having to rely on RNG

Once you put the items in, the Chef from Risk of Rain 1 is yours!

Chef (Unlock Abilities)
Secondary Skill
The first unlockable ability replaces Chef's secondary move, fire in the hole
In order to unlock it, you'll have to get 20 "Burn" stacks on the Mithrix boss with both your secondary and special ability (equip or keep the "Glaze" ability)

It seems really hard to get more then 15 stacks of "Burn" on an enemy as it fades rather quickly so to do it, you'll need to activate the "Artifact of Command"

Why this artifact?

You'll need to stack "Backup Magazines" to have better chances of putting 20 stacks without them fading out, around 5 should do it

Now grab yourself a build of your choice with the "Backup Magazines" and get to Mithrix's boss area

Once in, the strategy will be to damage Mithrix enough for him to come to a stop and leap in the air, removing himself from the arena, a few seconds after he will plunge back in the middle of the arena and will stay there for a few seconds, this is where you'll get to burn him for 20 stacks safely

When he leaps, go near the middle of the arena, wait for about 3.5 - 4 seconds and use your special ability in the middle, when Mithrix lands (be sure to jump before impact!) use your multiple secondary ability stacks to ignite him alongside the oil spill on the ground, if done correctly Mithrix should get more than 20 stacks of "Burn"
If it fails, you can always wait out your cooldowns and damage him enough for him to leap once more for you to try again

Utility Skill
The second unlockable ability replaces Chef's utility move, need for speed
In order to unlock it, you'll have to run over 5 different airborne enemies whilst being in the air

Very similar to Seeker's secondary ability unlock, an easy way to do this is using the "Artifact of Kin" and "Artifact of Swarms"

Why those artifacts?

-Artifact of Kin: Having only one type of enemy will be very useful if you manage to get lucky and have a map full of wisps like here:

-Artifact of Swarms: Double the wisps, double the rapidity to get three five wisps close to each other

Charge up your utility move to the max for a longer duration, jump up on your first target and hit 4 others while still dashing

You bounce up every time you hit an enemy so pretend you're filming a 7 hours video essay with Counter-Strike: Source jump map footage in the background:

Special Skill
The third unlockable ability replaces Chef's special move, oil up
In order to unlock it, you'll have to oil and afterwards burn 10 bisons, then grab your passive "recipe" from their burnt corpse

An easy and guaranteed way to do this is to go to the stage 3 map called "Rallypoint Delta"

Bisons are guaranteed to spawn on this map, so find 10 of them and execute your delicious combo:

Oil → Sear → Pickup
Secret Character (Unlock Character)
Now for the Secret Character or the "False Son"

To unlock the False Son, you'll have to go through a series of green colored portals that can either be spawned from the teleporter or the newly added altars:

You'll also need the "Halcyon Seed", which is obtainable in the yellow portals that can be found at the altars
To get a yellow portal from the altars, you'll have to have already entered a green portal beforehand and then complete an altar

Once you defeat Aurelionite, pick up his Halcyon Seed and go through the green portal

After travelling through the green and yellow portals, you'll arrive in this area:

Once there, you'll have to climb a quite difficult hill with constant thunderstorms trying to stop you from reaching the top

(you can interact with those yellow statues to gain a shield for more safety)

((you also get a guaranteed white item if you destroy all of the shrines before reaching the halfway point))

Finally, climb a bit further and reach the final boss of the DLC, the False Son in boss form

He has three phases, so be wary of its attacks

On phase 3, he disables all your abilities, including your primary fire so be careful!

In order to regain your abilities, you'll have to hit those same yellow statues from before

Once defeated with the Halcyon Seed in your inventory, you'll unlock the "False Son" character

You'll also unlock the new equipment, the "Seed of Life"

In short, if you die while carrying the Seed of Life, you'll be granted another chance to thrive, unfortunately, upon death, the Seed of Life will be consummed and will be replaced with an activatable which upon activation, will spawn a few healing orbs on the ground where you aimed at
Secret Character (Unlock Abilities)
Secondary Skill
The first unlockable ability replaces the False Son's secondary move, tfc nail gun
In order to unlock it, you'll have to get 44 stacks of Lunar Spikes in one run

You start of with 4 Lunar Spikes and can get more by gaining bonus max health
There are two ways of doing this really boring achievement

The slower way:

-Stack Bison Steaks and Infusions, sounds pretty simple right?

..That still wasn't enough to get 44 stacks

You'll need some "Stone Flux Pauldrons", 2 should do

The "Stone Flux Pauldrons" multiplies your health by 2, but halves your speed by 2 as well

In short, it's really grindy to do with this method because you'll have to loop back to the start of the game multiple times in order to maximize your health with the items, which then will spawn way more enemies, which will give your more chances to just die from an anti-heal elite or some other random event out of your control

The faster way:

For this method you'll need a bunch of Lunar Coins

-The first step is to activate the "Artifact of Command"
-The second step is to find the Lunar Frog and activate it to go inside the Bazaar with the blue portal after the teleporter event
-The third step is to buy as many "Stone Flux Pauldrons" from the shop

You'll need around 10 of this item to get the ability

To combat your close to nothing movement speed, I recommend getting the "Volcanic Egg" equipment alongside some "Fuel Cells", it'll allow you to traverse the terrain with no impaired movement

Utility Skill
The second unlockable ability replaces the False Son's utility move, nothing personal kid
In order to unlock it, Aurelionite will have to last hit Mithrix whilst you have a "Lunar Ruin" stack on him

A "Lunar Ruin" stack is applied when you use your secondary skill, it lasts for about 5 seconds and the duration "resets" whenever you apply another stack

The strategy will be to apply 1 stack of "Lunar Ruin" every 3-4 seconds and wait for Aurelionite to last hit Mithrix

To get Aurelionite, you'll have to get into a yellow portal and get the "Halcyon Seed", a yellow portal is guaranteed to spawn if you activate an "Halcyon Shrine" whilst already having entered a green portal through the "Halcyon Shrine"

Once you get the "Halcyon Seed", get to Mithrix's boss area and fight him until he gets to his third phase where he sucks all your items up

Aurelionite will spawn a few moments after and start attacking Mithrix
You'll need to weaken Mithrix enough first so that he gives you all your items back
Once he's weakened enough, start throwing 1 Lunar Spike every 3-4 seconds to keep a stack of "Lunar Ruin" on him, just be careful to not last hit him

(It seems to be more effective to wait for Aurelionite to charge his laser attack and then throw in a Lunar Spike once Mithrix is extremely low)

((last hit achievements are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥))

Special Skill
The third unlockable ability replaces the False Son's special move, the Homelander laser
In order to unlock it, you'll have to kill 15 enemies in a single use of the ability

Unfortunately, The False Son's laser damage is pretty underwhelming, however, the main gimmick is that the more bonus health you have with items like "Bison Steak" or "Infusion", the longer the laser will last, so you'll use that to your advantage

To make this process as quick, safe, and fun as possible, you'll have to go with multiple artifacts before you start the game

You'll need the Artifact of Command, the Artifact of Honor, the Artifact of Sacrifice and the Artifact of Swarms

Why those artifacts?

-Artifact of Command: Choosing the specific items for a very specific build
-Artifact of Honor: Enemies will spawn in as elites, which are tankier and have a special gimmick compared to their vanilla counterparts, however, there is an item in the game that specialises in killing said elites, more info down below
-Artifact of Sacrifice: If you want to do this quickly, you'll need a "infinite" supply of items, so having a limited amount of chests per level is not gonna cut it, therefore spawning items from deceased enemies will make the process way faster, and it combos really really well with the last artifact
-Artifact of Swarms: Doubles the enemy spawn, but halves their health in half, so more enemies, more chances for items to drop from vanquishing them and also less health for a faster elimination process

What build??

Why this build???

White tier items:
-Your first item will always be Lens Maker's Glasses for the extra damage, stack 9 of them for guaranteed crits
-After you have 9 Lens Maker's Glasses, you can focus on attack speed with Soldier's Syringue

Green tier items
-First, focus on at least 10 Old Guillotines, with this amount the elite enemies already halved health bar will be halved in half once more for a easier and quicker death
-After acquiring 10 Old Guillotines, you can stack up on Infusions, get as many as you can because like said previously, the more bonus health points you have, the longer the laser will fire

Bonus/Optional items:

-Mocha for even more attack speed as well as movement speed
-Bison Steak is always a plus, even if it's only 25 bonus health points
-Predatory Instincts for even more attack speed
-Harvester's Scythe for more survivability
-Berzerker's Pauldron for even even more attack speed
-Ukulele for chained damage around enemies
-Laser Scope for more devastating crit damage

Here's what a potential "finished" build could look like:

Now, to actually dive in game and unlock the ability

Enemies will often spawn, in pairs, whenever you roam around the map, with the Artifact of Sacrifice, killing these enemies will have a chance to drop the items you need for the build
So no need to rush to go to a specific stage or anything, just play it slow, wait for enemies to spawn in, get lucky and build your build

Once you are satisfied with both your build, and the duration of your laser with the bonus health points from Infusion and Bison Steak, wait for small, easily killable enemies to spawn in and hang around that spot to make them spawn indefinitely

After some time, more and more enemies will appear, just run around and dodge their attacks to have what you feel like is 15+ enemies

This is the jackpot

Now you can unleash hell and eviscerate any heretics that dare walk the same ground as you and hopefully get 15 enemies in a single usage!

You can charge the laser to deal much more damage. The laser achievement can be easily unlocked with a black hole and some small enemies. Portals generate regardless of difficulty.

@Nesirof
from what i understand the yellow portals from altars spawn in when you're already in a green portal level and finish the altar
i edited the guide for more coherence, sorry for the inconvenience
