How do we do it
If your PC is not the best, i'm pretty sure that Outbrk dont run pretty well and many of you are playing the Game with 20-30 FPS. But what if i tell you that you can boost these 20 fps to 60+ without loosing Quality. The new RTX 40 Series Cards have DLSS Frame Generation so you can double your FPS. But its not supported by the Game, you dont have an RTX 40 Series Card, and also x2 the FPS doesnt bring you from 20 to 60? Thats where "Lossless Scaling" is joining the party. Lossless Scaling is available on Stream and allows you to use Framegeneration on ANY Graphicscard. Even if you only have a IGPU or Geforce GTX/Radeon 5000 Series or less. It works on Any Computer in any Game! You can get it here: https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/steamstore/app/993090/Lossless_Scaling/
How to Use it
So how do you use it?
Here are the Settings that i use.
i'm someone with RTX 4090 and a 4k 144Hz Monitor. On Max Settings i always gain something arround 30-70 FPS with Clouddownsampling and every other Settings on Highest Quality. With Lossless Scaling i almost Constantly play the Game with 144 FPS (Sometimes it drops down to 110-120 but who cares about that lol).

so here is a Step for Step description what Settings i use and which Settings you should choose.

1. Open the Game in Windowed Mode and set the Scaling Mode in Lossless Scaling to Auto and Aspect Ratio.
https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/2399943060232429258/357745CB63050F016BE9793048D607AE1CF88454/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false

2. Here you have the option "Scaling Type". if you want you can select "AMD FSR" to boost the Framerate a little bit more. My suggestion here is: if you play in 1920x1080 set the Resolution ingame to 1600x900 (Still in Windowed Mode). After Scaling, the Game will Run in FullScreen with AMD FSR. with the Sharpness Slider you can adjust the Quality of FSR. Just play arround with that a bit.

3. Framegeneration! by default, Framegeneration is turned off. i suggest the following Settings:

Framegeneration LSFG 2.3

Mode: x4 (sets the Frameboost. x4 = x4 FPS)
(you also can use x2 or x3, just play arround with it)
Performance: On

All Cursor Settings Off

Vsync Mode: Vsync (you also can select off to boost the Framerate Higher than your monitors refresh rate but it might end with tearing (some weird looking stuff when turning ingame)
G-Sync Support: Depends if your Monitor supports G-Sync. if your monitor supports it, turn it On
Draw FPS: Shows you the Original Framerate and the "new" Framerate Ingame. Activate it to see how good it works so you can Adjust the Settings ingame and in Lossless Scaling

Capture API: leave it on DXGI.

GPU AND Display: Select your GPU and Display you want to use it on.

Multidisplay: i would turn it off since it can cause some Bugs.

Legacy: Turn On Windows mode.

Alright, now we have Set Up everything. the Settings we just made will be saved so you dont have to cofigure them every time you wanna use Lossless Scaling.

Lets boost our Framerate!!
Open OUTBRK (or any other Game) in Windowed Mode. if you dont want to use Lossless Scaling FSR, set the Ingame Resolution to your Monitors Resolution. if just want to use FSR, select the Resolution Below you Monitors Res.

Now, with our Game opened, Hit the "Scale" Button in the Top right Corner and you'll see a Timer starting. Now Tab back into Game before the Timer reaches 0. after a few Seconds you Screen might get black for a short Time and then your game opens it Self in FullScreen with some boosted FPS. if you've selected the x4 Mode, instead of 20 FPS, now you should have something between 60 and 80.

This works in Any Game you want!

Have fun Playing!

Buddy, I have a 4070 and an i9 14th generation processor and still get lag even with DLSS enabled, and I am NOT willing to spend any extra money. Therefore I have downvoted this post.
