Im not much of a meta player so does it really matter. Only real difference I see is the TTK
Shock can also stop enemies from guarding. Just be mindful enemies cannot be launched while under shock status. So do 1 full combo then launch with an EX skill, or just swing twice, buffer, then launch and you can continue the infinite.
