How to Bypass Modded Lobbies & Play Public Lobbies w/Ease
By Blashted™
If you want to play clean, un-modded Friday the 13th public lobbies with ease, it is a very simple adjustment you can enable in Windows Firewall to prevent matchmaking with known modded servers. Read more in this guide. I will try my best to report new IPs here when they are found.

Steps:
(Before proceeding, as a side note, I highly recommend looking in to Camp Green Forest as it is the more straightforward option that is up to date and supported by the community. In the event Camp Green Forest disappears, I recommend following the steps outlined later in this guide to proceed with online play. The online play option outlined later in this document is a last resort to play online via alternate DNS servers. Remember, Camp Green Forest is the better option!)

~ Open the Windows Firewall. This can be done in the Control Panel.

~ You should now see the "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security" screen. Right-click "Outbound Rules" and click "New Rule..."

~ You should now see the "New Outbound Rule Wizard" dialog. For the Rule Type, choose "Custom" and then click "Next".

~ Under the "Program" section, choose "All programs" then click "Next".

~ Under the "Protocol and Ports" section, choose "Any" for "Protocol type". Leave everything else on this screen as their defaults then click "Next".

~ You should now be under the "Scope" section. Leave the local IP section as is. Under the remote IP address section, click the "These IP addresses:" radio button and then click "Add" to add an IP address. After adding your IP address(es), click "OK". Click "Next" on the main dialog to go to the next section.

Block these IPs:
66.94.113.215
86.48.25.236
142.250.190.110
142.250.191.195
144.126.149.204
154.53.63.138
155.133.253.34
155.133.253.50
162.254.192.71
162.254.192.72
162.254.192.73
162.254.192.74
162.254.192.75
162.254.192.87
162.254.193.74
162.254.193.102
162.254.195.71
162.254.199.163
162.254.199.181
205.196.6.214
87.106.120.246

~ Under the "Action" section", choose the "Block the connection" option then click "Next".

~ Under the "Profile" section, leave the default settings then click "Next".

~ Under the "Name" section, enter "F13 Modded Server Block" in the "Name:" field and click "Finish". Make sure you reboot your PC so the firewall changes take effect!

Congrats! You're all done! Now your game will refuse any connections to these known modded lobbies and will instead opt for a vanilla lobby. If you found this tutorial helpful, please bump and give an award to help keep this up there!

NOTE: The game's official servers have been shutdown as of 12/31/2024. To continue online play, please see this guide here or search online for F13 Online Fix 2025: https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/app/438740/discussions/0/604144025816027920/

There may be new modded servers that pop up however they are not listed here so you will have to go about finding their IP and blocking it if you wish. This adjustment will cause an increase in matchmaking times however it usually causes you to start/host your own public lobby instead of joining one. This will allow other players to join and also enjoy a non-modded lobby as intended. Be sure to tell your friends! The more people block these modded lobbies, the more people can enjoy the vanilla game experience when matchmaking. If you happen to acquire a new modded server IP that is not listed here, please feel free to post it here and once verified, it can be added to the post for the community since the site is no longer updated.

This guide was created using the tutorial provided by u/ihatemoddedlobbies in 2023 on his site. A big shout out to him for creating this list. Unfortunately, it has not been updated in a year so it may not contain the newest IPs on the site. (Source: http://f13.x10.mx/)

Cheers!

@ItsD0ppelgangeR Better to use Wireshark and filter a recorded packet capture to see where most of the traffic is coming from in match.

Hey, thanks for the guide! Just a quick question, you said for the new modded servers that we should find their IPs since they're not on the list. How do I do this? I tried googling and it just tells me to use a certain cmd prompt. Sorry for bugging you, just curious :)

In addition to the fix below, there is also Camp Forest Green which is an alternative service.
