THE SOLUTION
Hey guys!

Recently I had a problem with popularity sometimes going down after serving them and I didn't know what was the problem.
Now I finally found out what was the problem.
In my case my problem was that I put the burgers in the wrong order and by that I mean MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE BOTTOM OF THE BURGER FIRST ON THE PAPER AND AFTER THAT PUT THE TOP OF THE BURGER ON THE MEAT (they have a different texture)

Here are some other things to look out for to avoid popularity going down:
  • Make sure that each side of your burgers is between 90-120%, any higher or lower and the customer will not accept the meal, close to 100% the better.
  • Don't put burnt meal on the burger.
  • Watch out what the customer wants.
  • There are two different type of Youma drinks ("Classic" and the Berry one, which is colored blue)
  • There are also two different type Cola drinks (Splash Cola and Light Splash Cola)
  • Make sure you put EXCATLY the same amount of lettuce, ketchup etc. in the burger as the customer wants.
A bonus tip for beginners:
  • Don't put aside any cooked meat, because if some are left at the end of the day, after you end the day, they will disappear.
  • Put 1-2 cans of ketchup into one of the fridges inside the kitchen and the rest that you ordered into the walk in fridge/freezer in the back. If you do not keep your ketchup in the fridge it will go bad and disappear overnight.
  • Note that when you make a burger with lettuce in it, you need to have a bowl (Ingredient Bin) on the table to put the lettuce in and from there into the burger.

I hope I've been helpful, if you notice anything else that's not written down, please let us know in the comment section and I'll add it to the post. :luv:

Please add that the Ingredient Bin for the lettuce is on the tables. That caught me out real bad.

To susiebear1234:

When they come up to you at the counter, it shows on the monitor what burger AND what kind of drink they want (if they even want a drink).
If you missed it, but accepted the customer, they are some monitors around the kitchen and if you look at it, it will show what kind of burger and drink they want with the table number.

regarding the drinks how do you know what drink the customer has asked for ?

For sure. 😆

More interesting: What happens, if they're stored outside of the fridge? 😉

It should not make a difference. If you put a closed/open ketchup in the fridge, it will remain in the fridge.

Regarding the ketchup: Does it make a difference if the can is still closed?
