INFORMATION

In this guide, I want to give you the ultimate rundown of everything available during this Halloween event. From exclusive items to rewards that will probably disappear faster than your will to grind, I'll cover everything. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a wide-eyed newbie who just installed the game, this guide will help you survive the chaos and snatch up anything remotely worth your time before it's gone, just like your hope for free content.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Welcome to the achievement section!!! Achievements are the foundation for the rest of the challenges in the Halloween event. Here, we break down every challenge you'll need to complete to enhance your in-game achievements. Whether your goal is 100% completion or you just want to collect some shiny badges to show off, this guide will help you navigate the grind.
There are two achievements that can only be obtained during Halloween, and you’ll need to keep them in mind if you’re aiming to collect them all. These are from the mini-games, and since they’re outside the "Halloween" section, many people forget about them (they’re the violet ones at the end).

GHOUL COINS

During the Halloween event, you can earn Ghoul Coins by participating in Game Worlds or Plaza activities that reward you with Units or Tickets. The only exception is the Casino, which doesn't grant Ghoul Coins. These coins can be exchanged for exclusive, limited-time items, so make sure to collect as many as you can while the event lasts.

Remember that you can buy the Halloween Catsack in the store to get the "Boo!" achievement. If you put in enough effort, you can also unlock two more achievements: "Rich & Ghostly" and "Ghoulish Spender". This way, you'll have the first three achievements of the event, which are often the most tedious to complete.

NOTE: The easiest way to farm the currency is through the arcade or trivia, but generally, after doing just about anything, you'll be rewarded with a coin.

THE GHOULCERY STORE

During the Halloween event, a flying pumpkin named Gourdon makes an appearance in the Main Plaza Square, adding a touch of mystery to the festivities. Gourdon offers you a special quest: find his lost puppy, who wandered off into a giant hedge maze somewhere in the great outdoors. This is no simple fetch quest—navigating the maze can be quite the challenge. But if you're successful in finding the puppy and return to Gourdon, you'll unlock access to the Ghoulcery Store. This exclusive shop allows you to spend your hard-earned Ghoul Coins on a variety of Halloween-themed items that are only available during the event. So, if you're looking to stock up on spooky rewards, this is the place to do it!
HAUNTED CATSACK

"Haunted Catsacks appear to be wearing a dark brown leather suit that covers all but their face and ears. They have glowing red eyes and a twisted smile, emit a dark cosmic smoke, and wield a scythe. They emit a small amount of red light."

HOW TO GET IT: You can purchase the catsack at the Ghoulcery Store for 5 Ghoul Coins or obtain them as a rare drop from Halloween Remains.

It is necessary for the achievement "Boo!" that asks for "Open a Halloween catsack" which will give you 5,000 units

Haunted Catsacks contain various Halloween items, including expensive drops from the Ghoulcery Store as rare drops. A list will be added and updated as more item drops are found.

COLLECTIBLES BOOK

If your goal is to complete the book of collectibles, it's crucial to consider how essential purchasing this item is. Not only does it contribute directly to your progress, but it also includes two unique drops that cannot be obtained elsewhere. Missing out on this could leave your collection incomplete, so make sure to prioritize it if you're aiming for 100% completion.
  • Dungeon Cage → These items are completely exclusive to this catsack, meaning there’s no other way to obtain them. Additionally, they are prominently displayed on the first page of the Halloween collection, making them a must-have for anyone looking to fully complete their collection or showcase their achievements.
  • Nightmare Crab → The Halloween NPCs are technically supposed to drop it, but the chances are so slim that it’s practically impossible. If your goal is to complete the fishing collections book, I highly recommend trying your luck with the catsack instead, as it offers a much more reliable way to get the item.
MAZE

To start the Find the Lost Puppy quest, you must first talk to Gourdon the flying pumpkin, who is located in the main Plaza square. He will ask you to find his puppy, Lil' Pup, who is lost somewhere in the Plaza.

Lil' Pup is located in the center of the giant hedge maze, located in the great outdoors, near the lighthouse. To find her, the best strategy is to stick to the right side of the maze; the left side is a dead end. Once you find and talk to her (E key), she will return to Gourdon. Then, you can leave the maze using the teleporter that is right next to Lil' Pup.

I want to clarify that it's not my intention to take credit from anyone, and I prefer that the support for the guides goes to those who truly deserve it. That's why I'll be leaving links to the official guides, so if you have any questions, you can refer to them directly. This guide is perfect because it explains in detail how to solve the maze, although to be honest, it’s quite easy and fun to tackle on your own.

NOTE: Doing the maze, as I mentioned before, is pretty important, so I recommend making it the first thing you do. Once you finish it, you'll unlock the "Ghost Pup" achievement.

TREASURE
Find the Haunted Treasure is a quest that is only available during the Halloween events and It is located in the Plaza. You don't need to talk to any characters to start the quest; all you need to do is find the treasure.

There is a hidden treasure next to the Roller Coaster, specifically between the spikes at the start of the climb to the pond where you can fish. This is only there to give you a small reward and the achievement "Spoils of the Dead". The treasure is located underwater next to the peninsula near the boardwalk, at the base of the slope that leads to the pond on top. Once you've found the treasure, press E on it to complete the quest.

EVENTS

Before discussing the rest of the activities, I need to mention the events that will take place in the Plaza throughout Halloween. There are quite a few, and they will give us the opportunity to earn additional achievements like "Haunted Friendships", which I will discuss later, as well as "Soul Collector", "Trick or Treat", "Smashing Pumpkins", and "I Ain't Afraid of No Ghosts".
  • Event - Halloween Character Visit → Without a doubt, this is the worst achievement because you are completely dependent on luck, and you have to hope that the characters appear.
  • Event - Halloween Remains → I'll explain this in detail later, but basically, graves will appear on the beach. It has a lot to do with the witch's cauldron in the center of the Plaza.
  • Event - Trick or Treat → This event will only serve to fill your inventory with candy. By collecting 50 pieces, you will unlock the achievement → "Trick or Treat".

  • Minigame - Pumpkin Blast → Target Practice skin lol → "Smashing Pumpkins".
  • Minigame - Ghost Hunting → Balloon Burst skin lol → "I Ain't Afraid of No Ghosts".

Trick or Treat:
HALLOWEEN FRIENDS

Halloween Character Visit is a Halloween-exclusive Plaza event in which a character appears in the Plaza that gifts players random Halloween items. Talking to each of these characters will contribute to the Befriend All the Halloween Characters quest and to start the quest, talk to a Halloween character that appears during the Halloween Character Visits, to befriend one, you just need to talk to them one time.

In the Plaza, a random character will appear, adding a dash of excitement to your Halloween experience. However, don’t get too comfortable, finding these elusive characters can feel more like a game of chance than a fun activity. When you interact with them, they will gift you a random Halloween-themed item and a generous 5,000 Halloween EXP. But here's the catch: the order in which these characters appear is completely random. This means you could be waiting around for ages, praying for your luck to change as you try to find them all.

If you're fortunate enough to encounter the same character multiple times during the event, you can score up to three items from them. Once you've received your goodies, feel free to chat with the characters, each boasting their own unique dialogue. It adds a bit of flavor to the experience, but let's be honest waiting for the right character to show up can sometimes make you feel like you're stuck in a never-ending game of hide and seek.

REMAINS

Halloween Remains is an exciting, Halloween-exclusive event that takes place every 30 minutes in the Plaza. Think of it as the Halloween version of Treasure From the Sea, but with a spooky twist. When the Halloween Remains event kicks off, 20 tombstones (or remains) will suddenly appear on both the west and east beaches in the great outdoors, creating a race against time for players eager to collect them.

EVENT:
  • "Remains have mysteriously around the beach".
  • "Remains hace left this eathly plane of existence".

To grab these remains, simply press E. The best part? Each player has their own unique set of 20 remains, meaning you don’t have to worry about other players snatching them from you.

Once you’ve collected your remains, you can turn them in at Beelzebub's cauldron during the Halloween events to receive a random item. It's a great way to stock up on exclusive Halloween goodies! However, if you still have remains left by the end of the event, don’t fret you can trade them in to King Arthritis during the Celebrations for further rewards.

To unlock the achievements "Soul Finder" and "Soul Collector," you'll need to collect a total of 100 remains. While it may sound like a daunting task, it's definitely worth the effort—not just for the achievements themselves, but also for the valuable rewards you can earn along the way. Unlike the "Trick or Treat" event, which often leaves you with nothing but junk.

LIST OF OBJECTS: https://tower-unite.fandom.com/wiki/Halloween_Remains

There's a chance to obtain a "Haunted Catsack," which is essential for unlocking the "Boo!" achievement by opening a Halloween-themed catsack. However, if you're not feeling lucky or just want to secure the achievement without the hassle, you can always purchase the Haunted Catsack from the store for just 5 Ghoul Coins.

PUMPKIN HUNTING

"Find 131 Jack-o-Lanterns" is a quest that only appears during the Halloween event, and it is located in the Plaza. However, let's be honest—this quest can be downright frustrating. You’ll find yourself frantically searching every nook and cranny like a mental lunatic, trying to track down those elusive Jack-o-Lanterns. The sheer number of them makes it feel less like a fun scavenger hunt and more like a desperate race against time.

To start the quest, simply press E on one of the jack-o-lanterns scattered around the Plaza. Once you find one, the light inside them will turn from yellow to purple. There are 131 jack-o-lanterns scattered around the Plaza that you need to find. They are all in commonly visited areas of the Plaza, and none of them are located in particularly hidden spots.

HIDDEN BONES

"Uncover the 10 Hidden Bones" is a quest that only appears during the Halloween event, and it takes place in the Plaza. While the idea of hunting for hidden bones sounds intriguing, be prepared for another test of patience. You'll be scouring the area, peering into every shadowy corner and behind every spooky prop. It’s a quest that can feel a bit tedious, as you search high and low, questioning your own sanity as you wonder if you’ve missed an obvious spot. In fact, it’s quite easy, especially if you pay attention to this guide.

To start the quest, you must first talk to the Bone Collector, who is located at a graveyard near the fishing pond in the great outdoors. They give you the task of finding their bones, which are scattered in 10 different piles around the plaza. Press E on the bones to collect them.

LOCATIONS:
  • Inside the greenhouse at Seasons, above the East Stores.
  • Under a bush located on one of the rocks near the Minigame Arena, south of the greenhouse.
  • Under a rock arch near the waterslides.
  • On another island near the Plaza west of the West Stores.
  • In the pond near the lighthouse.
  • Under the pier behind the Game World ports.
  • In a secret cave near the Poseidon rollercoaster.
  • Next to the pond on the peninsula near the Boardwalk.
  • In the hedge maze (left side).
  • On a rock near the lighthouse.

OTHER GUIDES
I’ve got plenty more guides stacked up while I fight the chaos of this game, and I’m working on a couple more that will probably change your life... or not. If you’ve ever felt even a hint of inspiration from this content, I’d really appreciate it if you checked out my other work, or maybe threw a few positive reviews my way (if you’re feeling brave). More guides are coming soon, so don’t forget about me and I’ll see you around on the eternal journey to useless wisdom...

If by some twist of fate we cross paths in the game, feel free to hit me up with any existential questions you might have. I'm here to help, or at least to make your time in the game more interesting (or stressful, depending on how you look at it). Thanks for making it this far, and hopefully you didn’t waste too much time reading this, but if you did, hey, at least it was for a good cause, right?!

A little clown in gratitude!
Hello! If you've made it this far, I want to thank you for reading and checking everything out until the end. I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a comment to let me know what I can improve or change, and if this guide was genuinely helpful to you. The guides, reviews, and all the material I create for the community take up a lot of my time, so I’d be grateful if you could leave a little clown as a reward if I helped you out! Don’t forget to like and favorite it so more people can see it. Thank you so much for everything, and I hope to continue being of help to you!

Oh, I hadn't thought about the boardwalk. I think the guide I added below is updated, it is something to keep in mind.

Great post but the pumpkin map is not accurate.
Many of the locations have changed.
For example, there is one that has been moved from the west stores to being on the new monorail station above them.
The pumpkins around the boardwalk games in front of the coaster have changed also.
