I wrote this guide to show you WHERE you find Research Blueprint and Arc Silo Blueprint.

Research Blueprint

You find it in PLAINS OF PERUM. The Research Blueprint is located in this chest on the side of a GIANT PYON with a "red smoke", located next of 3 lakes near at the portal of Three Pools.
Arc Silo Blueprint

You find it in MOKOSIL FOREST. The Arcsilo Blueprint is located in this chest behind of the WOODSMAN with a "red smoke", located on the side of a hill next of 2 portals: Deep Woods and Deepwoods Falls.
