Finally got these on my third attempt. I did not quit the game at any point during this and the two achievements popped AFTER the Father and Son chapter, during the loading screen for the Sleazy Place chapter with Shelby's face. This run took me exactly one hour. Here is what worked:

• Start a new game on a new save slot (I used the empty 3rd slot because my second attempt failed on slot 2 (I reloaded chapters and picked the save option so that may have ruined it)
  
• Shower, change clothes
  
• Head downstairs to the studio, complete the drawing
  
• Check Ethan's thoughts (I picked coffee and went to drink it)
  
• Walked into the garden and lay down on the grass by the tree on the right for a while
  
• Got up before the family arrived and went into the house. The family arrived
  
• Helped wife with groceries and answered her questions about work
  
• Agreed to help her set the table
  
• Walked to the low-drawers and removed the plates
  
• Successfully put the plates on the table, not fast (NO RED FAILS)
  
• Checked Ethan's thoughts (I picked music (didn't go to music player), and then play with kids)
  
• Went outside to play with kids, first choose JASOOOOON then swing him around (NO RED FAILS)
  
• After Jason a QTE begins with Shaun, pick him up and go to the leftside of the garden by the plant - DO NOT GO BACK TO JASON, I read online that if you go to him he can cause the Shaun activity to end early - I went in a circle around the plant with Shaun on my head until the activity ended and the next movie played
  
• Next is the activity to pick up both kids with your muscles, do it without fail
  
• Next is swordfight, win the swordfight (I think I made one red mistake)
  
• After that go inside, go upstairs for final Shaun cutscene
  
• Next is the mall, follow Jason to clown, select the up option to pay for the balloon from your back pocket
  
• Then begins the legendary JASOOOOOOOOOOON
  
• Finish the sequence
  
• Next chapter begins, Father and Son
  
• Play through as a good dad, meeting the schedule the best you can, I got him a snack from above the microwave (two options in that drawer, I gave him the one on the top shelf), the medicine from the upstairs bathroom, told him to do homework, fed him pizza from the fridge, he watched cartoons and I went to play basketball then returned and took him to bed
  
• Find the teddy downstairs above the washing machine
  
• Say goodnight, tuck him into bed, leave the room
  
• Short cutscene with Origami figures in raining street, then cut to Sleazy Place mission and both cheevos "Interactive Drama" & "Happy Birthday" popped while it loaded
