This is unnecessary but I do believe that you get accustomed to the game faster with consistency. Having same avatar is part of it.
It also might bring you good luck, who knows.

1. DOG : This is absolutely default. I don't really see this skin a lot and if I do it's usually first time players. He does look badass though and his voice lines are probably among top rational-thinker characters.
   
   
2. FOX : Ehh uhh eewh. Seen people link this character with lying as fox irl symbolize that. Personally I don't think it's that deep yet!
   
3. PIG : Absolutely top-tier underrated character.
   
4. RHINO : Another great rough gem. Although it's getting common pick these days.
   
5. RABBIT : I will admit that I didn't play rabbit much but when playing against players with rabbit I usually find them least predictable.
   
6. PANDA : This is new one. Apparently he has many wives and probably many kids. Details are absolutely great though.
   

We are getting to the main part. What I absolutely love is learning. And learning about yourself is best way to play this game.

Questions to ask yourself:
So your major question throughout this game should be:

• What would I do in his place?

This further devolves into many questions, such as:

• Why is he taking so long?
  
• Why did he do such bold move?
  
• What would his tendency be like NOW?

However if you just keep the major one in mind you will start to notice things you probably didn't before.

COOL HEAD
Now if you were to learn another thing to watch out for in this guide it would be to KEEP COOL HEAD. There's nothing worse than being played in opponents hand. If you ever land yourself in such tough spot then it might be better to do opposite or something that you wouldn't do.

Tendencies to watch out for:
As you can tell this game has voice chat, text chat and ability to turn your head.Your biggest tellers so far would be mimicry that is turning your head and next one is voice chat. (forget text chat because there are little chances you can use it to tell whether opponent is bluffing other than affirmation from others).

• Mimicry: When people lie usually they don't look people straight in the eye although skilled ones do. And if they do decide to do so they often overdo their actions.
  
• Voice chat: Onto this one I don't know yet but people tend to shut up when bluffing or taking lower tone (again it feels uncommon to see microphones as it's double edged sword).

Being totally honest I doubt this guide will directly enlighten anyone, just like any guide on lying. BUT it's important to remember principles and what to look out for.
