Set Destination

If you click on set destination and then click where you want the worker to drive they will automatically drive to that location and await further orders.

I have found thought that sadly this does not work that well for Harvesters. They tend to get stuck as they are a little bit too big for the AI to figure out how to drive.
You can Edit the AI Worker on your field

You are able to change the Working Width, Number of Headlands, if they work or don't work the headlands, where to start, and if they skip lines or not.

This is pretty useful for if you have an odd shaped field.

You are also able to use GPS from here for your own purposes.

Press and hold H on the keyboard to open this menu. For GPS you press H again to confirm a line that you are lined up on.
Create a Job Delivery

Here you can set up a worker to automatically deliver to a location. If you set it up to loop it will come back to the location that you choose with the little target button there.
Create a Job Load and Deliver

Don't want to deliver the crops yourself? Make your worker do it for you!

Create a Job Load and deliver. You can have it originate from what ever location you want, including your Silo and as long as it has a clear path from point A to B, it will deliver.

You can select what you want it to deliver, and if it is going to loop.

Set it to looping if it will take multiple trips to fully empty your silo out.

You may need to "skip task" if the trailer is not fully full.
Field Work Bonus Video

You can hire your workers to go work the field from anywhere. Some routing issues may occur. I found that it doesn't really work that well with harvesters for example. However, with jobs like hoeing, plowing, cultivating, and other basic field work it seems to work very well and saves you a ton of time to do it this way.

Create a job > Field work > Set the field you want them to work in.
