Ending 1: Bad Ending
This one is very simple, all you need to do is play through the game normaly, but without getting the demonic ax. You can still get this ending if you have the ax but instead of going to the spider lair you go to the elevator.
Ending 2: Demonification
For this ending you will need to get the demonic ax and go through the spider lair (The white area full of cobwebs and spiders).

To get the demonic ax youll need to find all 4 codes scattered around the building. Then you will need to go to the save point that has a book in it. Press the last option in the save point to read the book and you will be able to figure out the code with that info. After doing that, go to the room that is bellow the room where you get the "b" code from the hanging corpse (its to the right of the save point I just mentioned). Use the rope to get down, and then go through the open door and imput the codes you found.

The answer to the first door: 8888
The answer to the second door: 8465

Enri being a badass
Ending 3: Survival
To get this ending you will need to get the "Secret Key". The key can only be found during the second chase sequence in the game. What you need to do is backtrack all the way back to the save point before the chase, I dont think I have a good way of explaining this so here is a vídeo demonstrating how you should do it:

After getting the key, you will need to go the place where the demonic ax is (as explained in ending 2) and instead of taking the ax you will go to the door on the left and use the key to open it, after that you can climb a ladder and you are free

Ending 4: A Normal day in the Royal Capital
This, and all of the other endings after this one take place in the Will section of the game. To get to that section you need to complete ending 2 first.

For this ending all you need to do is: go shopping, buy any item, immediately go back home.
Ending 5: Shadow Behind
Go shopping and buy the "stylish pencil case" (the third option). After leaving the area your character will hear a sound, you need to follow the path to the alleyway and find the guys doing suspicious activities. Then you complete the escape sequence by running away.

The alleyway is here:
Ending 6: Forgotten Memories
Do the same steps to complete ending 5, except that during the escape sequence you need to run back the way you came from. You will find Amelia and she will put you to sleep using a spray. After waking up in the alley you can explore the area if you want to. To get the ending just head home immediately after waking up.

A video showing how to backtrack during the chase:
Ending 7: A Step Before the Extraordinary
Go shopping and choose the "portable small baton" (the fourth option). Go back home but dont enter your house, instead, follow Amelia to the hidden place. After exploring the place you will get caught and wake up back in the surface. After that just go home.
Secret Ending
Step 1:
Get the Secret Key (from ending 3) but don't use it, instead, grab the ax and complete the demonic ending.
Step 2:
Do all the steps required for ending 6, but after you wake up DO NOT go home
Step 3:
Above your house there will be a new path that was blocked by a NPC before, follow that path until you find a house (the door is on the right). There will be a save point in this house and a note from the developer.

Step 4:
Find a specific house and go down into the sewer. There will be a cutscene down there.
This is the house:

Step 5:
After that, you will need to find another specific house (where a man spins during the daytime), find a door hidden in shadow to trigger an event. You will receive a blue envelope.

Step 6:
You need to deliver the envelope to a certain woman. To find her, look for a yellow house with a blank window below your house. Enter through that window and give the blue envelope to the woman.

Step 7:
You can leave now and go home. There will be a small cutscene before the ending and if you done this right, a certain demon will jumpscare you.

@Epic No, only two endings existed in the original: Bad End (no demonic ax) and Demonic End (acquired ax and cleared the Spider lair).

What's interesting is the lack of "save anywhere" the original had, other than during chase scenes so there was no save point to backtrack to.

When attempting to give the killer the slip during the second chase sequence, I do not recommend trying to do so via keyboard. The moment I switched to a controller with a analogue stick I succeeded on the first try.

Is the silly extras menu from the original still in the game or did it get cut?

@Igris Are you going through the spider's lair or taking the elevator? If you take the elevator, the axe will break, if you go through the spider's lair, you will keep the axe.

Did the survival ending exist in the original game?

The demonic axe just breaks everytime I want to leave and keeps giving me the bad ending
