Last shovel upgrade before drill
15 inventory slots
battery size 3000
jetpack 130

maybe used 5 or 6 dynamite
I just went directly down from the X as quickly and directly as I could. I restarted at the beginning if I could not find rocks quickly the first couple of recharges until upgrading the shovel.

Set a save point rarely when you feel you are doing really well and go back to it if you feel like you wasted time.

I must've got real lucky I was able to make it in 22min.
You can out run the moles and as long as they don't have sight line to you or you touch them they won't aggro to you.
