Probably the hardest achievement. Prepare to play the game for a long time.
You can earn the most gold by taxes (Labour), trading (Clergy) and missions (Kingdom). The levy mandate can give you the last push.

Thanks to @Rhym for his comment regarding this.

We did it with a 500+ pop Prestigious Burg aspiration game, on challenging with no bailiff splendor for higher trade prices, with these tactics:

Prep:
- Save your game, you're probably gonna be loading afterwards.
- Have a large and full treasury so you survive the prep phase without going bankrupt. I had 10k, but depends on your economy.
- Enable all taxes
- Stop collecting taxes until they are capped out for each location. Have enough tax collectors to collect quickly afterwards. I notice they still collect enough if they're paused. You need to fire them.
- Save up resources for sale. It doesn't have to be insane amounts since the traders can only buy so much. It doesn't have to be all of them either. Include some trade goods from the clergy.
- Missions are not much worth it, so ignore them.

On day 1 of the month you're trying for the achievement:
- Start all tax collecting again.
- Stop all goods purchases.
- Set all resources to sell at above 0.
- Enforce a levy every time you can. Since it's a 7 day cooldown you might want to wait for near the end of each week.

Might be worth mentioning for someone;
If you are going for King Midas in a Prosperous Priory run, you're rewarded 10000 when successfully hosting the abbess. This you are able to combine with the tips and tricks from Rhym.

I managed to complete it like this with a treasury for ~1,000 and by deleting almost all buildings that had an upkeep. Just make sure you save before fooling around! :cozybethesda:

@AstroLex, You mean that you build the Abbatial Church with 100 Splendour?
- check if it not the Rustic Thatched or Stone
- it has to be the correct sub building
- check if your Abbatial Church has the 100 Splendour, not Splendour in total over all buildings or total over Monastery

Divine Architecture seems to be bugged/ I built Royal Church with 183 points and still without achivment. Any ideas how to fix bugged achivements?

Just over 600 hrs and finally 100% complete. Thanks for the help posted here! :). The achievement "First Growth Enact the Seal of Prestige Privilege (Challenge rules or harder)" was the most tedious one of them all for me. Three attempts to get this and finally got it. For my third attempt played "A Prosperous Priory" Challenge setting. After everything was ticked off for the main game I started selling off all my wine, about 2k no visit from the steward triggered. I then realised I had no luxury goods stalls. I added two to my market and as soon as they started selling it triggered the visit from the steward.

Two more observations:

"Successfully host a Company of Royal Knights" might be misleading or bugged. I've hosted numerous Royal Knights, including the ones that require Luxuries, to no effect. But for some reason this achievement unlocked after I successfully hosted a King during the Mighty Stronghold aspiration. As in, the hosting timer ended, I received a tick in my quest for "Host the King in your Castle" and achievement popped immediately. So you might need hosting the King specifically for this one.

"Deploy a Battalion to a Military Campaign" didn't unlock after actual deploying the battalion, nor it unlocked after completing the Military Campaign and the whole Kingdom Aspiration. It only unlocked after the King arrived with the Mighty Stronghold, Part V quest, which is basically rewarding you with 10.000 coins and 100 Influence. After I accepted the reward, the achievement unlocked immediately.

15.000 Coins in 30 days can be close to trivial if you really want it - just stack the broken trading bonus until you are tired and can make this amount of coin by trading alone.

@Airisis Not really, it triggered quite early for me. Do you have all of the other achievements in Prestigious Burg? Do you have an inn? Maybe try building every kind of building, have more villagers, have every type of consumable in the market.

Hi,
I´m strugling with The Gabelle Gambit. Merchandise Quest is not triggering. Any help?
Rhym 3 Mar @ 2:34am
First Growth (Enact the Seal of Prestige Privilege (Challenge rules or harder))

It's not mentioned but you trigger the visit by the Steward of the Abbess by the selling large amounts of wine. I had 4 vinyards and a single vinery and it took forever. If I had to estimate it's a few thousands of units of wine. You have the option of hosting him, paying 50 clergy influence or 500g/1000g directly. That unlocks the clergy privilege, which you then have to enact (F2) to complete the achiement.
