Overview

Once entering The Bazaar Between Time the message "You hear thunder rumbling" will display and 3 Mini Aurelionite Geode will spawn in random locations.

I found Nine of those location for now after multiple visits:

First & Second

The first two are located right behind the Blue Portal, second one being higher up.

Third

The Third one is Hanging right under the Blue Portal.

Fourth

The Fourth one is hanging on the roof infront of the shop opening.

Fifth

The Fifth one is hanging on the first ring right under the Blue portal.

Sixth

The Sixth one is on the side of a bump located left of the Null Portal Cave.

Seventh

The Seventh one is the trickiest being located on the second last ring (last walkable ring) below the Environment Log.

Eighth & Ninth

Eighth & Ninth are Both Hanging left of the Null Portal.

Green Portal

once all Geodes destroyed you'll see the message "The storm beckons" displayed and the Green Portal will appear inbetween the Blue Portal & The Shop.

Extra

This can only be done in the first two visits to The Bazaar Between Time (Stage 2 & Stage 3) beyond that the geodes and the "You hear thunder rumbling" message will not appear.

It will now apear on looped runs, but won't show up on each 5th stages or after you have defeated the False Son.

so if you didn't go to the path of the colossus first loop, you can always find another halcyon shrine do get a green portal.

But for this specific "secret" there is nothing to do after stage 3 to re-enabling it.

I've yet to see if looping enough will make it possible to reach the path of colossus.

Besides being under the third stage is there any other condition to have this event??
