The Orchid is found on the left side of Ms. Prissykins' palace (a bit before the fishing spot)!
You may have to rotate your camera to properly see it
Cowboy Junction

The Pitcher Plant is found above Gino's pizza oven on a ledge, you will either need to jump up onto his pizza oven or build a staircase up to the ledge to collect it
Rocket Reef

The Crystal Flower is found to the right of Tobor's Diner at the edge of the cliff, it is just behind the rocket tree
Candypalooza

The Birds of Paradise is found behind the windmill in the corner of the DJ booth area
Forest of the Elves

The Belladonna is found behind the Cleansing Pond on the lefthand corner!
Spookane

The Mandrake Root is found on the interior righthand corner of Morcubus' gate
Cutopia

The Blue Rose is found aside the cupid fountain seen by the gate to Violet's tower
The Uncharted Isle

The Venus Flytrap is found behind Vincent's locked gate on the right side
Trevor Island

The Black Dahlia is on top of the left most column on the center stage
(You will need to build a staircase up)
The Royal Academy

The Black Tulip is found in-between a flowerbed and the fountain straight from the dock where you spawn in
