First, you have to download this tool that I wrote myself. Here's the repository link for general overview:

Once you have finished the download, extract the file anywhere you like (keep it somewhere easy to remember, like desktop or somewhere). The fun part will begin soon...

Your antivirus / Microsoft Defender may detect the tool as false positive as it was packaged with pyInstaller. You can exclude the tool folder without worry of malware, you can even check the source code :)

You can backup your save game separately as this tool also automatically backup your save game file before writing any changes.

The tool save the backup file in . Backup process automatically committed when you make change when you press save (and detect any changes that have been made).

Now once you extract the tool, navigate the tool folder and open the . You should be greeted with screen similar to this


Now you can either CTRL+O to open or click the "Open" button. Navigate to , inside the the last folder, you'll find the which is the save file. When ready, click open.

You should be greeted with something like this

Congratulation, you can start edit your save game file away! I have included a lot of things in this editor that should be enough for most average player.

I also added tooltip hint for info how to entry value for each entries so you won't get lost :p

I will explain further down below how to each section.

For player stats, I have opted to allow edit these data

1. Max Money (Working, the displayed value on player garage shows your current Wallet perk value, just ignore it)
   
2. Money (CP)
   
3. Accumulated money (Accumulated CP)
   
4. BP point

7. Draw count
   
8. Win streak count
   
9. Player' total mileage (in km)

You can enter any value as you wish, for Player' total mileage, you have to use period/dot (.) as decimal separator.

Select any vehicle you want to edit. Once selected, move to

I have several customization here including:

1. Tune part upgrade (from engine to nitro)
   
2. Vehicle chassis swap (you can chassis swap to change your starter car :p). Check this list for all Chassis codes[github.com]
   
3. Vehicle mileage (DRR bypass or potential Wanderer that require vehicle's mileage)

All vehicle upgrades are drop down with appropriate valid levels, For Vehicle' total mileage, you have to use period/dot (.) as decimal separator.

To save your changes you can either:

• Edit any stats you would like, and then save/save as.
  
• Edit any stats, apply the changes for each car before moving to another car, and save once you applied every changes (recommend for editing multiple vehicle data (i.e vehicle upgrades across different cars))

Make sure to make edit outside of in game. Try back to title screen, then edit the save game data, once complete you can load the game and your save file should be loaded with edit applied in.
