Background
When I first booted up TDA, I was immediately struck by how underwhelming it looked compared to Eternal, even at maximum settings. It's like it had a smear filter that would not easily go away, I went as far as checking if my glasses were smudged until I figured out the impact of these settings.

Anyway, to cut the long story short, the settings below had by far the biggest impact on visual clarity and the level of detail that is actually visible in motion. After changing these, I think it looks great, quite similar to Eternal in terms of visual clarity, while looking more attractive in some other ways.
Settings
In-Game
Video > Video > Chromatic Aberration = Off
Video > Video > Sharpening = 2.50
Video > Video > Film Grain = 0
Video > Video > Upscaler > DLSS = Performance
Video > Video > DLSS Sharpness = 100%
Video > Video > DLSS Frame Generation = Off
Video > Motion Blur > Motion Blur = Off

NVIDIA App
Graphics > Program Settings > Driver Settings > DLSS Override - Model Presets > Use same settings for all DLSS technologies = Latest

Note: Frame Generation is the main culprit here, with visible AI artefacts and shimmering edges. While you may want that to be left on for the improved framerate, I highly advise to leverage DLSS 4 with the Performance preset instead of Quality - I find the tradeoff quite satisfactory.

If you have a good base framerate, framegen isn't too shabby if you ask me.
