To prepare for this chase sequence, make sure you did not skip leg day. Otherwise, yeah you are probably gonna get caught and turned into bird food.

So uh if you heard a bird saying "Get back in your cage bird!" do not listen. YOU are not a bird.

If you see a bird charging at you, do NOT give it a hug, it is not friendly.

If you think the bird is going to chase you, run and do not stop running. She can teleport I guess because one moment she is behind you, the next moment she is right in front of you.

This is not a normal bird, so yeah if you can do the simplest task like running, you should be fine.
