Requirements -
  1. Complete the game at any difficulty
  2. Weapon Roulette should be unlocked in Endless Mode
  3. Play Weapon Roulette until you get a Literal Handgun
(works even if you changed the difficulty midway through the story)

I got the joke weapon on 5th floor, you might get it earlier or it might end up taking more rounds for the RNG but the Weapon Roulette Mode has a guarantee of unlocking the achievement compared to Chapter 8 (Final Boss) on which the RNG straight up refuses to work for some people.
