Install Plutonium for Call of Duty: black ops
Go to ''https://plutonium.pw/'', make an account on this website as you will need this to install the .exe for plutonium.
When you have made an account, then head back to the main page there is a download button that will bring you to the download page.
Download plutonium.exe, you can save the launcher anywhere you want, somewhere convenient such as your desktop or the game folder.
Open the launcher, if smart screen comes up click More info, then Run anyway.
The launcher will now start the process of installing the client files.
Enter your forum credentials to login, the same account you just made.
Then we will need to setup the game, you can use Plutonium to play World at war, Black ops 1, Black ops 2 and Modern warfare 3.
Navigate to Black Ops, click on SETUP and then select your Black Ops game folder.
The folder you need to select is most likely called Call of Duty Black Ops in your steam install folder.
You can easily find it by going to the game in your library, and clicking on the gear on the left, then go to installed files, show file location.
Now Plutonium is fully installed.

Offline launcher
Go to ''https://github.com/JugAndDoubleTap/LanLauncher'' and download the latest version of the Lanlauncher
Extract the LanLauncher file onto your desktop, Personally I have a folder with both the Lanlauncher and plutonium launcher.
And launch the Lanlauncher it will bring up a menu that will ask you where you have your game installed.
This launcher will also work for Plutonium World at war, Black ops 1, Black ops 2 and Modern warfare 3. (Which I will make guide for as well on how to play offline with bots and have progression)
Just browse to the install folder of Call of Duty: Black ops and save, then fill in your Username that you want to use in game and make sure you select the option for multiplayer.
Now you can click ''Launch T5''
You can use this launcher to start up Black ops offline when you are disconnected from the internet.
Even if you are connected to the internet, it will skip Plutonium searching and installing of updates which will be important for the next part.

The full Bot experience
Open your %localappdata% folder and find Plutonium (if you don't know how to do this, go to your Windows search bar in the bottom left and search Windows as this: %localappdata%
Go to "storage > t5 > zone".
Next, go to this website and download the 1.1.1 version of the BO1 Bot Warfare ''https://www.moddb.com/mods/bot-warfare/downloads''
Make sure to have a program that can unpack/extract .zip files (WinRAR, 7zip, etc.)

Placing Files and Extracting
With your mod downloaded, open up the "blackopsbotwarfare111.zip".
With the folders being visible to you, open your "Move to root of Black Ops folder" to see the files inside.
Click into the folders until you are in "Move to root of Black Ops folder > mods > mp_bots" and take the "mod.ff" file and place it in your Plutonium T5 Zone folder with the other .ff files already in it.
Now, we are going to backtrack a small bit so that we can finish placing the last two .ff files in Zone. Go back to where you can see "Move to root of Black Ops folder" and "Others".
Open the "Others" folder, copy both "patch_mp" and "patch_ui_mp" and paste them into your T5 Zone folder. It will ask if you want to replace the files in it already, so say yes.
In your .zip file of the mod, go back one step outside of "Others" again. Click back into "Move to root of Black Ops folder" folder until you back at "Move to root of Black Ops folder > mods > mp_bots". Open the "mp_bots.iwd".
If your PC asks how you want to open it, select the same program you use to open .rar files.
Once opened, you will see a folder called "maps". Click through until you are at the path "mp_bots.iwd > maps > mp" and click into the "gametypes" folder.
Copy the .gsc file inside to your clipboard and tab back to your Plutonium zone folder.
Click back into T5 and then click into "scripts". Inside of this folder, create a new folder called "mp".
Once you are in the path "Plutonium > storage >t5 > scripts > mp", paste the .gsc file you have copied inside of it.
Tab back to your mp_bots.iwd window and click back to where your path is "mp_bots.iwd > maps > mp".
Go into the "bots" folder and copy the three .gsc files inside to your clipboard.
Tab back to your "scripts > mp" folder that you just pasted the other .gsc in, and paste the files you just copied inside. There should now be 4 .gsc files total (assuming these files are the only script files you have added so far, you may have other scripts for different projects that you have played with).
You can now safely close the "mp_bots.iwd" and "blackopsbotwarfare111.zip" files.

You can now use the Lanlauncher to start-up the game
If you use the Plutonium launcher it will scan for updates and re-download the files every-time, which means you have to keep redoing the last step, if you use the offline Lanlauncher you will not have this problem.
Go to Combat Training and check your barracks/playercard to make sure that the Prestige option says "Available after completing level 50.", you can also see that you have way more game modes available to you.
Customize
If you want to customize the names of the bots "storage > t5'' and at a text file that is named ''bots'', here you can add names that are max 15 letters/numbers/spaces/symbols long. then every match the game will pick random names of this list for the bots in game.
