2 - On the roof, you need to got in the roof of a close boat, and jump to a roof, and an other roof

4 - You need a boat, got on the platform, and found the stair for the basement

Because people still use this, the Fish Market one is inside the building and you can access it through the wooden door at the front of the building (The area where you arrive at from the road)
