What is Auto-Clear Utility?
ACU - is a simple and handy utility that automatically every 3 minutes on the map removes blood stains, sprays and etc.

ACU - does not require ULX and the like administrator mode.

Works in multiplayer and single player.

So about a year later, the reason why I had this remain in my addon lists is not because the addon would not uninstall - its because another addon I had installed was also using ACU, *despite* it not saying in the desc that its included within the pack.

Uninstalling the Tool's Pack [In One] fixed the issue of having it remain within your addons folder, at least for me.

А он трупы NPC's удаляет? А то бесит,я теперь только VJ нпс убиваю так как их трупы удалить можно,и из за этого у меня бинд на ent_remove

If you have this installed on a server and it's still deleting decals, you need to delete your sever cache and restart your servert.
