The levels I have the most difficulty with is the stupid 'timed' levels. Namely the 16th, I can only manage to get 2 stars and I've replayed it pretty much 30 times now. Yes, I realize I have no life. Anyway,

the trick to some of these timed levels is strategy. Yeah, you needs m4d strats.
Basically I've noticed that a few of these levels don't actually have 'randomized' boards,
they begin with the SAME gems. This is a pro for us because it means we can re-create certain outcomes or avoid others. It's really a trial and error type deal, and this can be annoying if you're playing on a new level where you need hearts to continue.

I think the main technique you should be using is just trying to get through as many levels as you can, don't worry about re-doing them for 3 stars just FINISH. Then go back to them later and get those stars.

If you pre-occupy yourself with getting stars in every level, you're going to be here for a loooooong time. It's best to just get them all done then come back to them. Of course I'm not saying you shouldn't at least AIM for all 3.

Now if you're going to spend money on this game (I suggest you don't) then you should check out the guide on how to spend money wisely, it's smart. However personally I don't think you should waste money on this. Not because I dislike it, but because it's literally a waste. They do this cheap thing where they make you think you need to spend money to do well, but you don't. It's better that you rely on yourself above all else than spending your well earned dollar dollar on this.

Do what you want though, spend your money however you like.

Also powerups seem to be pretty useful, so if you want to win good and fast buy/save up all the power ups and lives! Especially Elsa's special power. It's op, Anna's is pretty ♥♥♥♥ because if you're a PC user, it's not gonna give you much time to cover much ground.

So the main idea is to be strategic with your gems, if you don't get it right don't worry. Start over, formulate a technique and way to get certain pairs. I did this with level 16 for awhile, and since in most levels the gem's don't randomize this made it easier.

Also, the fact that you need 'lives' to play the game at all is total bull s h i t.
This game is just to make money.
