To get this achievement you have to knock over the 3 brooms by clicking on them and hope the game doesn't break and just spam the output_log file with hundreds of MB of errors saying SetAchievement failed instead of popping the achievement. If that happens, close the game completely, and open it back up and try again. There is one broom that can't be knocked over(in the 2nd room), so you can ignore that one.

The first broom can be found in the 3rd room, which you end up back in near the end. It's right next to the final door.

The 2nd broom is at the bottom of the stairs after the weather control room.

The 3rd and final broom is between the two doors at the bottom of the Misc. control room, which you enter after falling back into the weather control room.
