These are basic information about the different explorers and their abilities, presented in a way that should allow you to choose your team members for your expeditions more easily.

I don't intend to rewrite all of the information available in game about the different characters. For example, the different level upgrades they can choose from when they have gathered enough experience. This can easily be looked at in the game.

What I found difficult and wanted to resolve for myself was to be able to pick up a consistent team at a glance, and avoid for example having a team of explorers lacking a Devious type of attack. I hope this quick guide will help in this regard.

Combat Abilities Table
Each character start with an Aggressive, a Devious and a Friendly ability, then can acquire two additional abilities, by progressing in level. Agressive abilities can be melee or range. Devious abilities are melee for Terrify, range (2) for Enrage or Sadden. Friendly abilities are melee for Excite or Encourage, range (2) for Impress.

In the table, there is a summary for the two additional abilities in parenthesis:

    (You flank a target when you and an ally are next to the target, but not mext to each other)

Hello NibKing. I don't actively update this guide anymore. I am sure it used to be readable. Something must have change in the way Steam is actually formating the text in online community guide.

Detailed Characters Guide tables are all stretched beyond the borders of the guide, making it impossible to see the First Additional Ability, Second Additional Ability, and Extra Trinket Slot level columns.

I come in, I see "Detailed Characters Guide". Instead it gives me BS about the character that I already know. Why make a guide if it doesnt help? This is just like Obamacare. Both doesnt help at all, and are both made by people who dont help
