Type in "map" followed by the level name. Example:
'map Sialia'

Append 's' to the end to start a server that others can connect to:
'map Sialia s'

How to get it working
  1. Open up TCP Port 9432 and UDP Port 64087.

  2. Start the game and type this in the console: map Sialia s (Don't know how to open the console? Scroll down and look at the FAQ)

  3. Find you IP Adress and send it to your friends, they can connect by typing: connect IPHERE
  4. Enjoy!

Thanks @arendsoogg, that did the trick for me! My friends are able to join, however, the server is choppy for them, they experience random severe lag while I don't. Maybe there are some console commands that could help out? It sucks, since it was possible to host a server before & issue commands, but they seem to change everything each patch -.-
