Welcome to my 100% achievement guide for Day of the Tentacle Remastered. This will not only list all the achievements, including the hidden ones, but also tell you how to obtain them. There are unmarked spoilers below, so please use this guide at your own risk!

All achievements are in the order that they appear on the achievement page, and no necessarily in the order that you'll unlock them in. Some of the achievements are missable, so be sure to read carefully how to obtain them.

This achievement is pretty self-explanatory. You simply need to get every other achievement in the game and you'll be granted this one.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've used the charged battery on the plug with Hoagie, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've used the sweater wearing hamster on the generator with Laverne, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've purchased the diamond with Bernard, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've defeated Purple Tentacle, this achievement will pop up.

This is another self-explanatory achievement. Just don't skip any cutscenes and this achievement will pop up.

Another self-explanatory achievement. After sitting through the credits, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've opened the grandfather clock and entered it with Bernard, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've opened the safe with Bernard, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've used the fake vomit on Harold with Laverne, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement simply by playing through the game. After you've used the scalpel on Oozo with Bernard, this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

Once you get the contract from the safe, try to use Booboo-B-Gone on it with any character. Make sure you do this before you get Dr. Fred to sign the contract!

This achievement is missable!

Once you have the contract, use the quill pen on it. Make sure to do this before giving the pen to Red Edison with Hoagie!

You should get this achievement as you play through naturally. You'll need well over 15 items to beat the game.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. You'll need over 45 items to beat the game.

This achievement is missable!

This achievement sounds straight forward, but it's a little tricker. Rather than using the Chron-o-John to flush 50 items, you'll need to do it straight from your inventory. Simply click on an item, then bring it to the character you want to give it to. Do this 50 times and the achievement will pop up. You'll need to actually farm a bit to get this one, as you can beat the game without transfering items 50 times. Make sure you do this before going back to yesterday.

"Went for the Master Plumber achievement just now, and got it after flushing only 21 unique items. All were flushed a couple of times between chars, so seems it doesn't have to be 50 unique items but rather 50 flushes with any item(s)." - Limesub

You'll unlock this achievement by playing through the game. Give the Help Wanted sign to Red Edison with Hoagie and this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Simply use the red paint on the kumquat tree with Hoagie and this achievement will pop up.

You'll unlock this achievement by playing through the game. Talk to George Washington as Hoagie and goad him into chopping down the "cherry" tree you created and this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Once you put the tentacle anatomy chart on Betsy Ross' table with Hoagie, this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

Once Hoagie gets the brush, send it to Bernard and have him try to wash the dirty car in the parking lot and this achievement will pop up. You need to do this before going back to yesterday.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Once you have the soapy water, use the brush on the dirty carriage with Hoagie and this achievement will pop up.

There's one door that you absolutely have to close in order to progress with the game, so you'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Simply close any door behind you and this will pop up.

You cannot complete the game without these items, so you'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Once you pick up the sixth item, this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

This is a self-explanatory achievement. You just need to use the chimney (in either direction) with all three characters. The only person who doesn't have to use the chimney in the normal corse of the game is Hoagie, so make sure he uses the chimney at least once! After the third character does this, the achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Once you use the tentacle flag with Laverne, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Give the wine to Jefferson with Hoagie and use the can opener on the time capsule with Laverne and this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Once you push Dead Cousin Ted down the stairs with Laverne, this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

During the human contest, use the chattering teeth on Dead Cousin Ted rather than the dentures and this achievement will pop up. Make sure to use the chattering teeth first or you'll miss this one.

You'll get this achievement by playing through the game. After you've been awarded Best of Show by the human contest judges, this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

After smoking out the room the founding fathers were in, talk to any of them while they're outside and this achievement will pop up. You need to do this before you pick up the quill or you'll miss it.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Red Edison needs three items to make the battery. Once you give him the last one with Hoagie, this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

After getting the charged battery, use it with the Chron-o-John instead of the plug and this achievement will pop up. Make sure to do this before using it with the plug or you'll miss it.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. After using the funnel and regular coffee on Dr. Fred, this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. After loading the dryer up with quarters as Bernard, open the dryer and take the sweater with Laverne.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Once you retrieve the frozen hamster, put it into the microwave with Laverne and this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

After you've thawed out the hamster, try to stick him back into the microwave and this achievement will pop up. You need to do this before using the hamster on the generator or you'll miss it.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Use the Booboo-B-Gone on the fence with Laverne and this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. Use the vacuum cleaner on the hamster with Laverne and this achievement will pop up.

You'll get this achievement as you play through the game. After Dr. Fred signs the contract, this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

To get this achievement, switch to Hoagie and let him idle. Eventually, he'll eat a sandwich and cause this achievement to pop up. Make sure you do this before you go back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

You'll need to turn on the stereo in Green Tentacle's room at some point. Don't turn it off as you play through the rest of the game and this achievement will pop up. You must do this before you go back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

After Weird Ed ejects you from his room, pick up the stamp album and return it to him to get this achievement. Make sure you do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

After turning on the TV and watching the infomercial, just turn the TV back off again. You need to do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

There is a computer in Weird Ed's room. When you use it, you'll be given the option to play Maniac Mansion. Just start up the game and this achievement will pop up.

This achievement is missable!

After the IRS agents apprehend Dr. Fred, go upstairs and talk to them and ask them if they're related and this achievement will pop up. Make sure to do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

Dead Cousin Ted exists in all three time periods. Simply talk to him with all three characters and you'll get this achievement. Make sure to do this before you go back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

After obtaining the disappearing ink, simply use it on any five characters. Make sure you do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

After getting the red paint and the Booboo-B-Gone, use them together and this achievement will pop up. Make sure you do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

You'll need both coffees to progress through the game. At some point, try to use them with each other and this achievement will pop up. Make sure to do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

After you get both the disappearing ink and the Booboo-B-Gone, try using them with each other and this achievement will pop up. Make sure you do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

There are two times you can get this achievement. The first is when you first get the hamster as Bernard, but before sticking him in the freezer. The second is after you've unfrozen the hamster as Laverne, but before using him with the generator. If you've already placed him in the generator, you've missed your chance for this achievement.

This achievement is missable!

Use the textbook with the stamp album while Weird Ed is looking at it and this achievement will pop up. Make sure to do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

Use the fork on the cat with Laverne. Make sure you do this before showing the cat to the Edisons in the kennel.

This achievement is missable!

As Bernard, try putting the fork into the microwave and this achievement will pop. I'm not sure if any other item works. Make sure you do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

You can get this as soon as you arrive at the hotel. Simply push the front desk bell 100 times. Once Weird Ed screams, you'll get this achievement. Make sure to do this before going back to yesterday.

This achievement is missable!

You'll need to play Maniac Mansion in Weird Ed's room to get this achievement. When choosing characters, make sure to either pick Syd or Razor, as they're the only characters who will actually microwave the hamster. After the hamster pops, the achievement will pop as well.

Using Dave, head toward the house. Pick up the mat and pick up the key. Use the key on the front door and open the door. Open the first door you come across and enter the kitchen. Head right until you run into Nurse Edna. She'll capture Dave and leave the kitchen.

With Razor or Syd, enter the house and go into the kitchen. Open the door to the far right and enter the dining room. Keep walking right and open the far door again to enter the pantry. Use the What Is command to locate the fruit drinks and pick them up. Go back to the foyer and head upstairs.

At the top of the stairs, go to the far left door and open it. Enter to be in an art studio. Pick up the wax fruit and leave the room. Go through the big metal door in the center of the hallway, then go up the stairs to the far right. At the top of the stairs, you'll find Green Tentacle. Give him the wax fruit and the fruit drinks and he'll allow you to pass by. Do so and go up the left hand stairs. Open the first door and go into Dr. Fred's room. Close the door and switch to your third character.

As the third character, go to the front door and push the door bell, then turn and run away from the door. This will make Weird Ed leave his room. Switch back to Syd/Razor and wait a few seconds for Ed to pass by the room you're in. Leave Dr. Fred's room and enter the third door to reach Ed's room. Take the hamster and hurry back to Fred's room.

By this point, Ed should be returning, so make sure to stay hidden or he'll send you to the dungeon with Dave. After a few seconds, leave the room and head back to the kitchen by going through the left door way, down the right stairs, through the metal door, down the stairs, and through the door to the right of the front door. Once in the kitchen, open the microwave, put in the hamster, and turn on the microwave.

"For the "Chef" achievement, it could be faster to get captured after getting the hamster. There is a Loose Stone in the dungeon, right below one of the windows, that'll open the door. But you have to leave 1 of the characters behind to hold the stone and keep the door open. Then you can cross the basement and be back in the lobby through the secret passage." - Object Reference Not Set
