Report a translation problem
Playing a support is hard, man. Think of it like being a combat medic in the middle of trench warfare: there is gunfire, actual fire, explosions, and a lot of people screaming orders at you. You don't get much of a weapon, so if someone wants to kill you, you're probably already dead.
Your medic's #1 priority should be keeping you alive. Do them the kindness of at least making them a priority and keeping track of them. When you notice your support left, it's probably for a good reason, including, but not limited to: "This man is about to get themselves killed, I can't help," "Another teammate needed me more," or "Fuck this guy, he's been a dick all game, he deserves to die for his reckless decision." If they split off, try to help them!
If you know your Medic IRL or know their address, send them a pizza! They'll like it!! Or give them head pats if you're close! They deserve it for being a good friend (:
