Introduction
Steam Summer Sale Simulator is a very basic, and easy to 100% game. Given its nature, its primarily purchesed by achievement hunters and 100% completionists. However, this game has some bugs that may stop you from achieving 100%, and this guide aims to help you with those issues.
Roadmap
Summer Sale Roadmap
Estimated Difficulty: 1/10
Total Achievements: 6
  • Offline: 6
  • Online: 0
Missible Achievements: Yes. All of the achievements that are triggered by game purchases can be missed if the amount required is skipped over.
Time to 100%: 30 Minutes or Less
Completing the Game
The game is a pretty simple clicker game. You start with $30.00 in your steam wallet. The currency is used, as you would guess, to buy steam games. You can earn money by clicked the 'Coins' tab and playing one of the 3 minigames there. I would suggest the 3rd one, where you click the coin for money, its the most boring, but its also the easiest to farm for quick money.

Now, as eager as you may be to spend your $30 instantly, I would suggest making it easier on yourself, and hold off buying your first games.

I'm Rich
100$ in account
This achievement is pretty self explanatory in the means that, to earn it, you must have $100 in your virtual steam wallet. As stated above, the easiest way to earn currency quickly would be to play the 3rd game in the 'Coins' tab.

First Game
Your first game
This achievement is earned by purchasing your first game. However, it must be purchesed as your only game. There is currently a bug in the game where if you skip over a milestone (for example; purchasing 2 games instead of only 1 at the very begining) the achievement for the milestone won't trigger. To avoid this, purchase games 1 at a time, or in such increments that you won't skip over any.

Just one more game
Bought 5 games
Much like the achievement above, simply purchase 5 games. Once again be careful not to skip over the milestone to avoid unnecasary hassle.

Discount Master
Bought 15 games
This seems to be the most notoriously bugged achievement. It acts just as before, but because by this point in the game you have a good piggy bank going, most people skip over the magic number of 15. I know I did in my first playthrough.

Need more games
All games bought on the store
Purchase all available games in the store. Luckily this achievement cannot be missed. Simply purchase all of the games. The game takes approximately $203.24 to complete. Which should only take about 20 minutes of clicking.

Installing newest updates
Updated door
This achievement is the only one that takes a little bit of luck. You have to click the 'Store' tab until the blue advertisment for 'Door 10' pops up. If you close this and repeat until the computer restarts the achievement will tick. It seems to be luck based in how many attempts it requires before it triggers, but it shouldn't take that long for you.
Achievement Did Not Trigger Bug
Alright, so you missed the part of the guide where I mentioned this bug and it happened to you anyways. Luckily, I did manage to find a working fix to this bug, however, as unlikely as it is; I would like to see the developer patch this bug.

To Fix The Issue
  • Click Win + R and type 'appdata'
  • After pressing 'Ok' you will be brought to 3 folders. Go into 'Local' and fine the 'Summer_Sale' sub-folder
  • Inside of here you want to delete the 'Saved' folder, as this contains your current save files. This will successfully reset your data in the game as if you had just purchased it.[/list]

Conclusion
Hopefully this guide helped you in achieving 100% in this game. For $0.99 its a pretty good game, and an easy 100% to add to your collection. If there was anything that was confusing or unclear, let me know and I'll try to improve upon it.
