Choose an office you want to use (probably from your friends; 2 or more can utilize this trick), and use that office as the main office. Everybody else manually replaces their .savs each time the main office is updated, or every time someone updates the office themselves (can be anyone with the save file that others can use). Everyone should have the same officedata.

Occasionally, the office can reset or glitch. This is why having backups of your save files is important.

1) Go to your Viscera Cleanup Detail directory. This is located in Steam > steamapps > common.


2) Go to Saves (in the root folder)


3) You should see (or something similar to) this:


- Your GlobalStatsData.sav file
- Your IncidentReportsData.sav file
- Your OfficeData.sav file.
- Your TrophyDataCollective.sav file
- Any other saves, autosaves, or savelists (possibly, as you can see in the image I do not have any as of writing this guide)

4) Use a file hoster to upload (or download) the files.

5) From here just replace the files/delete your old files and add the new ones. Try not to replace the save files, autosaves, or savelists unless you want their save files as well.
You can do this while the game is open (alt+tab) in order to make sure that Steam Cloud updates the game files as those .sav files. Useful when deleting files since Steam Cloud will often just replace them.

Again, make sure you are replacing all of the .sav files other than autosaves, save files, and savelists (Trophies, etc.)


6) You should now have their exact same office.
