As you all know. Age of Empires Online went offline on the 4th of july 2014. but thanks to the fanbase of this amazing game! its playable again!

The great folks over at that website have made all of this possible.

1) Go to: http://aoeo4ever.net
2) Go to > Downloads > Project Penelope version 1.2 > Game files > Project Penelope version 1.2 torrent.
NOTE :You will need to make a free account on aoeo4ever.net to download the torrent.
3) Download the Penelope 1.2 files with your favorite torrent program. (size 3.03GB)
4) Extract the penelope zip to the location of your choosing.
5) Now you can play!* (Sparta.exe from the Penelope 1.2 folder)

*You will need to have downloaded Scenario packs. without these you cant play the singleplayer quests.

2) Go to > Downloads > Project Penelope version 1.2 > Scenario packs

Ones you have downloaded the scenario packs that you want you can add them to the game by extracting the content of a scenario pack zip to the scenario folder within the Penelope 1.2 folder.
