Thanks for the update! Hopefully they're able to resolve that bug. It sounds like you're not the only one facing it.

I fixed the problem by returning home and going back to the sight i am haveing this problem with the green buttons too a made a support ticket about it

I personally didn't run into that issue, but FireMaple's guide suggests the following:

If you are having trouble getting a button to activate, try entering a fight on the world map or going into the town and then retry. If the lever/button/pedestal is still not functioning correctly, please seek assistance on the support forums so it comes to Behemoths attention. (Thanks to Wild for the first part of this tip!)
