Trails 3rd: Quick way to grind Time, Mirage & Space Sepith
By Ashen Jedi
This is a simple "get Sepith Quick" guide for Trails 3rd, (especially since we all love Time Sepith in particular). In Chapter 2 in Grancel castle near the treasury, (which you need to go through to progress the plot after you get the key in the top most part of the castle). There is a few mobs of enemies that can show up, one set in particular can get you an insane amount of Sepith.

Video format describes this better, so heres the video, and a brief description. Hope you enjoy!

The Get Time/Mirage/Space Sepith Quick Trick

Using Josette as your support member is heavily recommended for this, if you want to speed this process up, there are 4 to 5 mobs that this group can spawn so paitence is key.

The leader of these particular mobs look like this.

And for this Sepith grinding they need to be leading 3 of these guys Slimy Lumps

Just keep running until you see these guys although you'll probably want an S-Craft for em, as they love to run away. Mueller, Tita, Julia, Joshua and Rie all have a good S-Craft target radius for the group as well, so use whichever you'd like. Also characters with huge AoE crafts in general work pretty well like Tita, Estelle (When she shows up), Joshua (again), Kevin himself, Olivier (when he shows up) and such.

Generally the amount of Sepith I'd recieve from slaying the entire mob was this

Also according to Ghalon http://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/id/Ghalon666 this group can also appear in the Grancel Castle Bar, thanks for pointing that out!

If you go from the Erbe Scenic Route monument to west and then head to north until you change zone and see Rat Fighter enemy (2 - 5 enemies in a battle) then that's where I've been getting sepith and it is really fast to make the rat respawn. If there are 2 rats I'll kill it normally but if it has 3+ then I do it for sepith.

About the requirements I was talking about: approximately 1500 ATS, Happiness Stone equipped, Divine Eye and 2x Septium Vein and Range 2 quartz and also Aerial art, all on the same character.

Range 2 quartz is needed so Aerial can hit all rats in their 4 or 5 rats formation and about 1500 ATS is needed so they take two hits to die (more sepith gain from them before they die). Since Aerial hits multiple times and Happiness Stone has a chance to make enemies drop sepith per hit then attacking 5 rats twice with Aerial drops a huge amount of all sepiths (especially with Divine Eye & Septium Veins equipped). And Josette obviously in support slot for sepith up.

I've since 100%'d the game, yeah I might do a chapter 6 investigation. I just figured this early segment would be super important to people more than the obvious stuff later haha

I can agree that this is still a very good way to get those three types of sepith early in the game but have you considered investigating other methods later in the game that may provide more sepith in easier and faster way? I found one a really good method to get all 7 types of sepith in Chapter 6 and it does require certain equipment and arts to make it possible but it has been the easiest and fastest way for me to get all types of sepith even up to 9999. If you are interested then I could take a video of it for you.

Yeah my use of "S-crafts" is kind of outdated I might redo the video.

Nevermind, I just noticed someone had already commented about using fire arts against Slimes..

If you want to use S-Crafts to kill the enemies then Agate would be a good choice (although it takes time before he becomes available as a party member) because of his craft that recovers CP and there is that stone monument in the castle so he can recover HP between using it.

Another method (even better one than S-Crafts in my opinion) is to use fire arts because Slime Lumps are weak to fire. I literally just tried how much they would take damage from Fire Bolt EX (the lowest tier medium range fire art) casted by level 104 Kevin with 1137 ATS (with Crimson Eye). Damage was over 4k on Slimes and he was able to cast the art before Slimes got a turn but it was on preemptive attack and Kevin had 50 SPD & Cast 1. The save file I was using to test this was just before Kloe joins the team so it is very viable method early in the game. Not sure how much difference it made but Julia used her Attack Orders craft when the battle started.

Nah, I don't think of it as hijacking, I like seeing more methods, and honestly I made this very early in my 3rd playing haha.

I'm not trying to hijack your guide or anything here, but I already had some of this written down for my personal use.

Earth/Fire/Wind/Water kill the Aries Pots where Cannan216 mentioned:
Leader: Skull Head
Area: Grancel - East block (outside Arena & Mall)
Encounter: 3x Skull Heads (lvl 103, 153 xp), 1x Aries Pot (lvl 97, 55 xp)
Base Sepith: 70/70/118/70/23/23/14 (earth/water/fire/wind/time/space/mirage)
I THINK Jade Corridor can have 3 in battle.

Art to use: Titanic Roar
Only 1 target, use party to finish if needed--make sure the killer has Septium Vein.

Easier than Poms and still get all sepith.

Also, Dark Blades are nice.
Leader: Whisp
Area: Grancel Castle (anywhere)
Encounter: 1x Whisp (lvl 103, 64 xp), 2x Dark Blade (lvl 102, 77 xp)
Base Sepith: 8/33/3/7/0/10/13
Kaleido Armor [MALE] +20 STR/ADF, +5 SPD
Superior Shoes [MALE] +5 SPD
Celestial Balm
*only useful stats shown. Kill with Item Drop bonus to boost rare drop chance.

2 Soul Blurs kills them.

Fair comment! I guess I just was being poor at the game when I originally made the guide, thanks i'll edit it shortly.
