Ghostwak: Footprints of enemies becomes fidget spinner marks

Chaos Meteor: Flamimg Molten slow spinning fidget Spinner wrecks the landscape.
Cold Snap: Every succesfull ministun appliance from cold snap gives a momentarily fidget spinner effect above enemy head instead of regular stun twirl.

Forge spirit: completly redesigned forge spirit to be a mechanical/automaton style creature that has many revolving body/armor parts.

Extras that can be implemented: Euls scepter have a modified icon and animation when build on invoker together with the fidget spinner cosmetic equiped.

Rarity: Although I would preffer it to be something among the lines of mythical due to the amount of animations change it probably needs to be on the immortal - arcana quality.
