- Made it so hitting "No Thanks" doesn't prevent it from opening again now that there's a "Never Show Again" button

* Update made just for Blitxer *

- Made Current FPS text nicer and more realistic
- UI Changes and new sounds
- Added "Never Show Again" button
- Fixed menu not auto opening
- Made text on menu look more sexy
- Added redundancies for convar value checks when stuff needs to happen so hopefully no more Nil errors

Added M9KGasEffect 0 to one of the command to help with performance.

If you or the client experiences issues with the Fps Boost settings they can simply type /fpsreset in chat to revert their settings back to their default values.
