Added custom music from AT: Hey Ice King! Why Did You Steal Our Garbage!?

Fixed the Royal Lab so it now gives +1 Culture like a regular palace.

Added an icon atlas for the World Congress Screen.

Hopefully fixed previous errors with the last upload that led to problems with user downloads.
Rebalanced civ in accordance with the previous version update.

Reverted back to old version while reworking the previous update.
I suspect a bad update to the SDK led to problems.

Brave New World compatability added.

Trait reworked.
The Royal lab is now a palace replacer. If the Capital is lost it will transfer to the new Capital.
Capital science boost set to 25%.
No scientist specialists with the Royal Lab. Seemed to allow for too many early Great Scientists leading to run away science leads.

Candy Mass Factory now provides +1 science and only 1 production after researching construction.
Is now considered a science building so the a tech boost is recieved when building it in the Capital.

Simplified unique building. Now costs and has the same maintenance of a granary and only provides +2 production yield after researching construction.

Removed great scientist generation from the Royal Lab.

Added more unique dialog.

Changed Bonnibel's build preferences. Less likely to start a religion and pursue Piety over Rationalism.

The Royal Laboratory now provides a 20% science boost, down from 25%, and provides 2 scientist specialist slots. This should reduce the early tech lead by a bit.

The Candy Mass Factory is a little more expensive to build. Cost is now 70 up from 60.
