Added footstep sounds to the NPCs
Added projectiles to the spear and bow NPCs (Girl is not working yet)
Added Loot chance and Tamed inventorys
Added can tame
Added spwan points for Island,SE,AB,PGA and Ragnarok
Made them harder to kill (head shot still kills them easier)
