Corrected mistake from previous upload where I accidentally disabled anti skip for the entire track.

Moved banners away from girders around start line to prevent z-fighting when retro verts are enabled. Changed forcefields around crowd stands to single sided to prevent the top half looking different to the bottom half. Added no anti skip zone after mid point jump.
