Optimization:
-Increase performance and stability an different shader settings.

Gameplay:
-Opened sky near CT spawn.
-Some changes on the B site.
-Some changes on Long A
-Add grenade clip brushes under water.

Visuals:
-Removed crane from the T side.
-Work on improve the lighting of props_static at low shader settings.

Spectator:
-add de_swamp_cameras.txt

Swamp

- add solid ground on one direction,
- add clipping on a roof
- add light on T-side exit near Long A
- remove hi clip on crate in middle balcony
- add clipping on some wood-road for smoother movement
- add 5 spawn position to both side, now 10vs10

- fix many area where bomb can stuck
- fix some clipping
- fix surfaceprop on wood signs
- fix some spawn spot for DM mode
- fix some prop render distance
- fix brightness on watertown sign
