Updated the version number for the sound fix.

Fixed non-working sound.

Fixed disappearing sound, especially at idle.

Textures are now DDS. Kept the TGAs used by dependent mods.

Fixed the appearance of windows and lights: caused by Vulkan TF.

Fixed menu behaviour.

Fixed duplicate locos in shed menu.

Removed smoke from asset locomotives.

Each loco is now also a track asset.

Fixed: driver disappeared when the loco was in reverse.
