Added a new hero: Ogre-Mage.

It also costs 20 mana. The Ogre Manapool is enought for 10 uses per game.

Fix

Primary tests completed. The rating has been reset to 1000. The next reset will be in a month.
Now the number of rating is one for imposters and civilians. The calculation formula is the same.
The number of games on the loading screen is now displayed correctly.
