Added Commissioner.
This role is assigned to a random civilian player. The Commissioner has an additional ability during voting. It leaves a mark on the selected hero. With this mark, the commissioner gets vision on targets during the next round.

Added a new hero: Keeper of the Light
His ability is available on both civilian and imposter.
The ability teleporters the selected player to the Keeper of the Light.
The ability is only available during the day.

Added a new hero: Mirana
Her ability gives imposters invisibility, which is revealed by killing for 3 seconds.
The ability is only available at night.

Fixed a bug due to which there was a reduced visopn during the voting.
