Changes:

  • Now fast moving pawns (those moving over 8 cell/s) won't be throttled as much since heavy throttling with high movement speed caused some issues. (This was done because Robot++ since it had robots that move at 18 c/s which is faster than anything i've seen).

  • Added the option to throttle visiting pawns.
  • More consistency checks added for tick throttling.

False alarm
Reversed the last update in a precautionary move due to a need ticking error with some users (custom needs). It should be fixed after my device finish updating. I apologize for any inconveniences caused by this. To be clear this is just to avoided log spam and some custom needs getting broken. Thank you all.
