BIG code update

- Nearly completely rewrote PatchPlay

Big code-optimizations -> you will not see much changes, but it improves the performance and helps us to code easier

- Improved frame HUD (more Win8-Style)
- Improved Listview (looks more modern now)
- Added error codes for better error finding
