Implemented numberous visibility and cover tweaks to make T-side a little nicer to play. Fixed the T-Spawn fountain lagging the server (thanks, cherry5 and slimek).

Changed the layout of the connector between backyard, CT spawn, and heaven. Changed theming in the bombsite while leaving cover unchanged. Improved navigation, visibility and sight lines.

Extended the bomb plant zone under the arches. Simplified cover in many key locations and changed background walls to make enemies more visible. The sightline from connector to heaven has been greatly de-cluttered as this turned out to be a very critical angle in matches.
