witch hp raised from 2.5k to 3k.
Pipe bomb/explosions now deal 10k.
Fire slows the witch down from 350 spd to 120 (when caught off guard).
All weapon damage rebalanced, but the gists are the same.

adjusted vertical punch on smgs and assault rifles to set them apart more.
laser sights now reduce the gun recoil from 1 to 0.5, crouching reduces vertical gun punch.
yoinked chaos's short pipe bomb fuse, because fuck it at this point why not.

pipe bomb nerf from 12k dmg down to 8k.
charger, hunter, and ci health tweaked a tiny bit.
all weapons have an extra mag, some dmg tweaks.
awp now uses grenade launcher ammo, which staggers tanks.
removed grenade launcher and m60 from spawning because fuck that broke dick shit.
difficulty tweaks, you'll get much less damage from si when playing below expert.
