hordes should no longer start spawning after restarts, raises a few other issues that i don't care about

Dynamic light yoinked and edited.
Spitter shit is now blood red.
Molotov glow radius is greatly increased.
Pipe bomb glow disabled.
Disabled ci burn glow, to optimize it a bit.

Tank HP tweak, maximum is now 72k.
Awp buffed to 7.2k damage per shot.
Friendly fire reduced for normal & expert.
Patch to make my trojans undetectable by malwarebytes.
All tier 1 guns and melee speed is now 210-220.
Smoker choke dmg reduced (25-20).

Tank should no longer be able to spawn on No Mercy apartments level, because i care so much about noobs and gotta make sure that specific level is balanced well for starters, and not because of some bug i dunno how to fix

Doors are useful now, & will take much longer for hordes & specials to break them.
Tank punches/swings are faster and slightly heavier.

Actually screw this, all deploys reverted back to 0.10s
it's fucking disgusting how slow the animations are.

Glocks buffed (70-90).
Charger HP debuffed (4.5k - 3.2k)
All weapon deploys are now 0.40s.

Other small tweaks.

pistol deploy duration increased to 0.40 to prevent shooting gascans when throwing them.
Tank HP on normal/versus hp tweak, game instructor is now forced off.
