Scout now has a chance to spawn on starting levels, replacing tier 1 shotguns.
Chimi helped make it work by fixing nearly 99% of it.

small correction

largely an experimental update.

Tank HP buffed to 50k.
Increased item spawn density.
Decreased hunter pounce damage further (25-20).
Spits and jokes now spawn in mutations like last boy on earth.
There should be much more items to help you dispose of tanks now.
More pipe bombs and propane spawns, more defibs, I'll tweak it as I see fit.

Yoinked and merged some chimi scripts.

(Mainly to make room for more mods in the collection without breaking the 180 limit).

Made some custom icons for deployable ammo and laser sights.
Included some cvars he used to remove infected hit cooldowns.
Realistic reload mechanics, bile worker fix, faster adren reloads.
And even small goofy stuff like dead air propellers hurting you.
