* Damage nerf: Duelist now has 1 lower base DMG for lvl 3-5 weapons.
Although her main concept is relatively low yet very consistent damage that comes with potent status effects, we concluded that Touché and Fleché deals good damage with too little trade-off.

* Again!: The target hero will act last on their next initiative.
Our design intention was to make an actually interesting, and stable variant of Encore. In a lot of cases, such as Vicious Charm by Snake Charmer, it's merely a concession that the hero cannot do something better on their own than just ceding their initiative to another hero. This really isn't a testament to the quality of the skillset. Thus, we wanted it to be one-of-a-kind tempo swing skill, which enables a lot of comps which can wreck havoc with preparations. However, we have to admit that we overstepped the boundary and made it merely a mean to act 5 times in the first round. From now on, in addition to forgoing about 1.5 actions worth of Duelist initiatives, the target will be forced to act only after their enemies have finished attacking.
